A Manufactures recommend carpets and upholstery are professionally cleaned every 12-18 months, to prevent soil build up, which reduces the life expectancy.

Q Will they get dirtier quicker after cleaning?
A No, our cleaning solutions are designed for carpet and upholstery cleaning, leaving no sticky residue to attract re-soiling.

Q Are your chemicals safe for pets and children?
A Yes, our products are environmentally friendly although some stains like ink, chewing gum, wax etc. may need a solvent based product to remove them. We would advise you if this would be needed, prior to cleaning.

Q Will cleaning shorten the lifespan?
A No, professional cleaning will prolong the life of your carpets and upholstery.

Q How long will it take to dry?
A Drying times vary due to level of soiling, temperature, thickness of pile, air circulation etc. They can range from 1-24 hours, but usually are dry in 1-4 hours. They can be walked on while damp as long as your shoes /feet are clean.

Q How long will it take to clean?
A It depends on size, how many items to be cleaned, level of soiling etc. We can give an accurate time once we have seen what needs to be cleaned.

Q Can you protect my furniture or carpet after cleaning?
A Yes, we can guard your furnishings against spillages. We also carry flame retardant if the need arises.

Q Do I need to move anything?
A Yes, please do move small items of furniture and ornaments etc. The larger items suite, tables etc are left in the room. We will move them,
clean the area, and then replace them on protective pads.

Q Are you insured?
A Yes, we have a £2000000 public and product liability insurance
